It is possible to purchase products in the WFA Webshop without a PayPal account. If you want to pay with your Credit Card, please choose Credit Card / PayPal as your payment method in the checkout page. When you place your order, you will be redirected to a PayPal payment site. Choose “I do not have a PayPal account”, fill in your personal details and continue. After this, follow the Paypal instructions. In some countries it is not possible to pay with Credit Card without creating a PayPal account. If you do not want to create a PayPal account, you can choose Direct Bank Transfer as your payment method. If you prefer to pay your order to our bank account, you can choose Direct Bank Transfer as your payment method. When you place your order, you will receive the details of the WFA bank account in your browser and via e-mail. When we have successfully received the amount, we will finish your order. Please note that it may take a few days for international transactions to be processed.
Once you have purchased a recording of a webinar, we will send you an email with a link to the recording within one working day. When you have received the email, all you need to do is click the link to the recording. Fill in your name and e-mail address and continue. The recording link will now be downloaded to your computer. Open the link and enjoy the webinar! Please note that if you haven’t watched any webinars or recordings before, you first have to give access of the GoToWebinar program to your computer. The download starts automatically and the only thing you have to do is to allow the download.
If you accidentally booked the wrong webinar time, you can change it by emailing us at email@example.com.
Yes it is. In our webshop you can purchase recordings of our past webinars. Select the preferred webinar and choose “Recording” from the Date/Time drop-down menu. A link to the recording will be send to you via e-mail within one working day.
If you are experiencing problems with watching the recording, there are some solutions to resolve it.
The first thing you can try to do is to change the device that you are watching the recording from or change the browser that you are using.
If you are using a Mac device, remember to first install the Windows Media Player for Mac. The GoToWebinar system will detect that you are using a Mac and automatically inform you about the installation of the Windows Media Player. The difference between Express and Economy shipment is the price and the delivery time.
Express shipment is more expensive, but the package will arrive earlier than with Economy shipment. Express shipment also includes a track and trace service from door to door, which means that we can always check where the package is.
Economy shipment is slightly cheaper, but the shipment time is longer. The package is delivered to your local post and they will take care of the delivery of your package. Please note that in some countries this means that the customer has to pick up the package at the local post office. Economy shipments are traceable only until the package is delivered to the local distribution center.
